General Terms & Conditions – Colouring‑In Competition

 

Entry Requirements

• Open to Australian residents.

• Entrants must submit their own original colouring‑in work.

• Entrants must enter in the appropriate age categories (5 years and under, 6 to 10 years old, 11 to 15 years old, 16 years and over).

• Each entrant may only submit one entry.

• Entries must be coloured using the approved competition sheet or design.

• Digitally coloured entries are not permitted.

Submission Guidelines

• Entries must be submitted by the advertised closing date to the Manjimup Arts Hub (39 Giblett Street, Manjimup WA 6258).

• Physical entries must be clearly labelled with the entrant’s name, age group, and contact details (or parent/guardian details for minors).

• Late or incomplete entries may not be accepted.

Judging

• Judging is based on creativity, effort, and overall presentation.

• Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach the rules.

Prizes

• Prize details will be listed in the competition announcement on the festival website (www.cherryfrestival.com.au) or facebook page.

• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated.

• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided.

Use of Entries

• By entering, participants grant the organiser permission to display, publish, or share their artwork for promotional or event‑related purposes.

• Entrants retain ownership of their artwork.

Privacy

• Personal information collected is used solely for administering the competition and contacting winners.

• For entrants under 18, consent from a parent or guardian is required.

Liability

• The organiser is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected entries.

• The organiser may amend or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Acceptance of Terms

• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
