Fervor at STELLAR VIOLETS
Carriages at sunset: enjoy a summer evening of delicious dishes focussed on native Australian ingredients, set in the stunning grounds of Stellar Violets in Manjimup.
Fervor at Stellar Violets: a unique & intimate collaboration of chef, place and season
In the softly descending early summer twilight, locally crafted cherry & apple spirit cocktail in hand, join Fervor and Stellar Violets for a relaxed, authentic and unique dining experience as part of the 18th annual Manjimup Cherry Harmony Festival.
Set in Stellar Violet’s magic garden just south of Manjimup, acclaimed West Australian chef Paul “Yoda” Iskov and his Fervor team will serve a series of taste plates comprised of seasonal culinary hero and foraged native ingredients of the Southern Forests, inspired by Yoda’s long-held commitment to celebrating the connection between Australians and their country through the language of food.
Fervor’s key endeavour is to portray a love and respect for the land in Yoda’s dishes and story-telling. They have been redefining excellence and authenticity in culinary pop-up experiences across WA & the Northern Territory since 2014.
“This will be our first event as part of the Manjimup Cherry Harmony Festival, and we’re excited not only to be involved, but particularly to be working with Lucinda and her team in the beautiful space that is Stellar Violets.” Yoda says.
Founded by Lucinda Giblett in 2012, cultural centre Stellar Violets is a unique place of beauty and learning, offering wondrous experiences to help people and planet flourish.
“I’m delighted to be collaborating with Yoda and the Fervor team, who created absolute magic when last here.” Lucinda says.
