We’re developing a Strategic Plan to guide and grow the Festival for the future. The whole community can have a say in shaping the events and activities that celebrate cherries, local produce and artisans, as well as showcasing Manjimup.

Q: Why do we need a Strategic Plan
A: ? Because we're building a stronger, vibrant and more sustainable Festival. After 20 years of helping create harmony and highlighting Manjimup as the food bowl of the Southern Forests, we want to continue the legacy for many more years. We want new attractions for our local community and even more visitors to our beautiful towns.
Q. How long is the workshop?
A. The workshop is two hours and includes refreshments.
Q. Do I need to register for the workshop?
Yes. This an important part of safety and security.
Q. Do I need to print my ticket and bring it with me?
A. No, you don't need to print your ticket, we’ll confirm your registration when you arrive.
Q. What should I bring to the workshop?
A. Please bring your ideas and imagination! You don’t need any pens or paper, we provide everything.
Q. Who is hosting the workshops?
A. The workshops are held by the Cherry Festival and an external facilitator conducts the session. The facilitator is a certified IAP2 community engagement practitioner.
Q. Will my personal details be shared with anyone?
A. No, your details are only retained for the purposes of the Cherry Festival including the Strategic Plan. You may receive a survey request or workshop follow up from the Facilitator, as part of the Strategic Plan.
