el jazz era
Conjuring images of a dimly lit café in Paris during the 1940s – "El Jazz Era" brings a sound that quickly transports you back to the era when gypsy and jazz became one. With Django Reinhardt the founding father of Jazz Manouche as their inspiration, you will be taken on a journey from the gypsy echoes of Eastern Europe passing by the swing resonating from New Orleans to the warm, sultry sounds of South America.
"El Jazz Era" will present to you the intoxicating world of Gypsy Jazz. Romain and Mr Jones will be opening our Main stage entertainment at 8.45, so make sure you arrive early, take a seat and be immersed in the journey.
After their first performance, you will want to see more! Catch them busking during the day outside Tall Timbers Brewery or roaming around the festival.
