Portable Stage Equipment Hire Charges
The charges as of the 1st of January 2011 (All prices are inclusive of GST).
Charges - Not for Profit Organisations:
- 1 Day Hire - $280.00
- 2 Day Hire - $350.00
- 3 Days or More - To be Negotiated.
Charges - Commercial & Other Groups:
- 1 Day Hire - $330.00
- 2 Day Hire - $400.00
- 3 Days or More - To be Negotiated.
Please note that a Bond to the amount of $250 is required to be paid in full prior to the delivery of any equipment.
Portable Stage Equipment Hire Conditions
The Conditions of Hire for The Portable Stage Equipment are as follows:
- The person signing the documentation for the hiring of the Portable Stage Equipment is defined as The Hirer for these conditions & will be responsible for their implementation.
- A "C" Class License is required for the driver of the vehicle towing the Portable Stage Equipment Trailer.
- The Portable Stage Equipment Trailer can towed by normal/regular road vehicle.
- The Hirer is responsible for organising the pick-up and return of all equipment.
- All assembly etc. of equipment is to be undertaken by The Hirer unless by prior arrangement. Extra charges may also apply.
- The Hirer is required to pay the agreed upon Bond (to the amount of $250) prior to picking up equipment. This will be refunded to The Hirer upon a satisfactory inspection of all returned equipment.
- Any equipment repairs and replacement of lost parts of will be paid for by The Hirer through the bond charge. If damage exceeds the bond amount the extra costs are to be met by The Hirer.
- If The Portable Stage Equipment is not returned cleaned, extra charges & surcharges will apply.
- The Hire Agreement Form is required to be completed prior to taking equipment. At this time The Hirer MUST advise us of any deficiencies prior to taking the equipment. If this does not occur then these deficiencies will be attributed to The Hirer.
