If you want to have a Art & Craft Display Stall Permit at the festival this year then there is a form that you will need to fill out. You can download the form here:

• Stall sizes will be 3m x 3m. If you wish you may purchase 2 or more sites.
• As space for this year’s event is limited, the Committee will not accommodate changes that may occur on the day, so please consider your size requirements carefully!
• All stallholders to supply own shelter, tables and power (if required).
• All stall holders must attach a copy of their current Public Liability Insurance or Certificate of Currency with the application .Some negotiation here, depending upon what is being sold.
• Attached application form is to be returned, together will full payment to the above address.
• Only written applications on approved form, received with full payment, will be considered.
• Please note that all stall holders are responsible for cleaning up any rubbish which results from purchases from their stalls. All vehicles must be removed from site by 9.00am.
• Applications close the 11th of November. A late fee of $20 will be charged on applications after this date.
• No refunds after the 29th of November.
• Applicants will be advised via mail or e-mail of their site location by late November.

The price of each site is $50 for a 3m x 3m site, $100 for a 3m x 6m site. (Prices are inclusive GST and cost of Shire fees).

The stall opening times are from 10.00am to 4.00pm & are required to be setup by 9.00am or earlier.
